Rancilio Cube SICAF spa (hereinafter "Rancilio Cube" or the "SICAF") is a closed-end investment company for qualified investors pursuant to Ministerial Decree 30/2015 (hereinafter the "SICAF") supervised by Bank of Italy, registered with the Milan Register of Businesses “R.E.A.” at no. 2665177 and in the Register of Closed-end Investment Companies pursuant to art. 35-ter TUF under no. 59.
